ADVENTURE BOOT CAMP'S

RUNNING PROGRAM

General Information

Adventure Boot Camp is now offering running classes throughout the year for those who want to run better or run for a purpose (i.e.  5K, marathon, half-marathon, improve mile time, etc).

The running program will be taught by Jana Bear who has extensive running experience both competitively as a cross country runner and with marathons recreationally.  She also coached high school cross country.  She is out to help the beginner runner learn techniques and strategies to become a better runner.  Jana says, "Running is fun!" and she can show you how!

Classes will be held at different locations and each new session will be different lengths and with different goals.  For instance a Half-Marathon training class will be longer than a 5K class.

See below for a list of the year's upcoming races and classes.
