PLEASE NOTE: Sessions (5am, 6am and 5:30pm) starting February 20 will be modified due to trainers schedule. The classes will run from February 20 - March 9 (3 weeks) then the week of March 12 -16 will be off and classes will resume it's 4th week March 19-23.

ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS:
Park in the main parking lot and meet at the Gazebo and Sun dial shown in the picture. Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel.
Spaces are still available! All ages and abilities are welcome.

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
Fitness and Body Composition testing is held at each location. For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page. Testing is NOT mandatory. It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
