*NOTE - If you wish to attend the 5am class 4 or 5 days a week, the Tues/Thur class will be at the First Colony Aquatics Center and MWF class will be at Lost Creek.  Also please be aware that the MWF class is women only and the T/Th class is co-ed.

We will meet right out front where the walkway leads to the playground. Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel.

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.

Fitness and Body Composition testing is held at each location.  For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page .  Testing is NOT mandatory.  It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
