Where we meet: 

We will park in the Garden Center parking lot across from the Miller Outdoor Theater and past the Museum on Herman Park Drive.  Then we will meet at the bottom of the hill to the left of the Miller Theater by the picnic tables.  Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs for Women, and 10-12 lbs for Men), water and a towel.

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.

Fitness and Body Composition testing is held at each location.  For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page .  Testing is NOT mandatory.  It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
