ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS:
We will meet at the basketball court at the bottom of the hill. Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs for women, 10-12 lbs for men), water and a towel.
DETAILS:
The Heights class at Spotts Park is a co-ed class. Sessions are 4 weeks long and there is 1 attendance option.
- 3 day option - $199. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
Fitness and Body Composition testing is held at each location. For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page . Testing is NOT mandatory. It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
