ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS:
We will meet at the top of the hill in front of the basketball court. It is to the left of the parking lot if you are facing the park. Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs for women, 10-12 lbs for men), water and a towel.
DETAILS:
The Heights class at Spotts Park is a co-ed class. Sessions are 4 weeks long and there is 1 attendance option.
- 3 day option - $199. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Session starting on November 29 is a 3 week holiday blast class for:
- 3 day option - $150. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday
For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
Fitness testing is held the second Saturday of every Month. For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page. Testing is NOT mandatory. It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
