ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS:
We will meet by the hill to the right of the park (from the parking lot). Once you park and look down at the park, you will see an open grass area to the right by the hill. Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel.
DETAILS:
The Heights class at Spotts Park is a co-ed class. Sessions are 4 weeks long and there are 2 attendance options.
- 3 day option - $199. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
- 4 day option - $250. Attendance is Monday - Thursday

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
Fitness and Body Composition testing is held at each location. For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page . Testing is NOT mandatory. It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
