ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS:

We will meet at the basketball court shown in the picture. Once you park and look down the hill you will see it. Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel.

DETAILS:

The Heights class at Spotts Park is a women's only class. Sessions are 4 weeks long and there are 3 attendance options.

  • 3 day option - $199. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • 4 day option - $250. Attendance is Monday - Thursday
  • 5 day option - $299. Attendance is Monday - Friday

 

Session starting on November 29 is a 3 week holiday blast class for

  • 3 day option - $150. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday
  • 4 day option - $190. Attendance is Monday - Thursday
  • 5 day option - $225. Attendance is Monday - Friday

 

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.

Fitness and Body Composition testing is held at each location.  For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page .  Testing is NOT mandatory.  It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
