ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS:

For the 5am, 6am and 9am classes, we will meet at the basketball court shown in the picture. Once you park and look down the hill you will see it. For the 6:30pm class, we will meet at the bottom of the hill to the right.  Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel.

Sessions are 4 weeks long (5k Training is 6 weeks long) and the prices and attendance options are below:

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.

Fitness and Body Composition testing is held at each location.  For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page .  Testing is NOT mandatory.  It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
