ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS
For 5am class - If you are facing the front of the school, there is a street to the left, Tuckerton Rd. We park in the back and meet in the back of the school by the tennis courts and football field.
For the 6:30pm class - If you are facing the front of the school, you will follow the parking lot around to the right side where you will see the "buses only" signs. We park in the back and meet in front of the tennis courts. Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs for Women, and 10-12 lbs for Men), water and a towel.
For the 9am class - Meet by the playground

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
Fitness and Body Composition testing is held at each location. For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page . Testing is NOT mandatory. It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
