ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS:

We will meet at the basketball court by the palygrounds.  Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs for women, 10-12 lbs for men), water and a towel.

Sessions are 4 weeks long and the prices and attendance options are below.

9am 3 day option $199 Mon, Wed, Fri
9am 5 day option  $299  Mon - Fri

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.

Fitness and Body Composition testing is held at each location.  For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page .  Testing is NOT mandatory.  It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
