Meet at the basketball court. Make sure to bring weights (5-8lbs for women and 10-15lbs for men), a mat, water and a towel.

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
Fitness and Body Composition testing is held at each location. For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page. Testing is NOT mandatory. It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
