Karen Mones started Adventure Boot Camp in Houston to reach more people with her passion for fitness. She wanted to bring a fitness program to the Houston area that would be fun and give women real results. The combination of Karen's professional background, fitness and formal education, sports conditioning, and practical experience will be sure to make your camp experience exciting and life changing. Karen has a background in Yoga, Pilates, Nutrition, Group Fitness, Martial Arts, and Postural Training and incorporates all of these into boot camp as well. As a side note, Karen has been playing Women's Pro Football for the Houston Energy for the last 6 years. Don't be surprised to find football drills incorporated into camp!
