Additional Directions:
Meet at the Gazebo shown in the picture. Most of the participants park in the City Hall parking lot where it is well lit. Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs for Women, and 10-12 lbs for Men), water and a towel.

Details

The Friendswood class at Stevenson Park is a women’s only class.
Sessions are 4 weeks long and there is 1 attendance option.
3 day option - $199. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4 day option - $250. Attendance is Monday - Thursday
5 day option - $299. Attendance is Monday - Friday

Session starting on November 30 is a 3 week holiday blast class for
3 day option - $150. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Friday
4 day option - $190. Attendance is Monday - Thursday
5 day option - $225. Attendance is Monday - Friday


For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
