ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS:
The main parking lot is on Rice Blvd. You will park here most of the time and enter through the gate to the far right by the dumpster. If it is wet, we recommend parking on Third Ave and entering from the gate by the pavillion. If it is raining, we will meet under the pavillion.

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
Fitness and Body Composition testing is held at each location. For details, dates and time please go to the Boot Camp Testing Page . Testing is NOT mandatory. It is only available for those who would like to test their progress.
