From Elgin turn on to Chenevert to get to Anita Street where there is parking available. Meet by the parking lot.

Details

The Midtown class at Baldwin Park is a co-ed class.
Sessions are 4 weeks long and there is 1 attendance option.
3 day option - $199. Attendance is Mon, Wed, Fri

Session starting on the November 30 is a 3 week class.
3 day option - $150. Attendance is Mon, Wed, Fri

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs for women, 10-12 lbs for men), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
