Additional Directions:
We will meet at the basketball court shown in the picture. Once you park and look down the hill you will see it. Make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel.

Details

The Heights class at Spotts Park is a women’s only class.
Sessions are 4 weeks long and there is 1 attendance option.
3 day option - $199. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 

Session starting on the 1 st of December is a 3 week holiday blast class for
3 day option - $150. Attendance is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

For all classes, make sure to bring a mat, small hand weights (5-8 lbs), water and a towel. Some people opt to bring weight lifting gloves to protect their hands from ground work. This is optional.
