NEW CLASS TIMES IN KATY AND SUGAR LAND STARTING SOON!!
Houston Adventure Boot Camp is a 4 week exercise boot camp full of fun, adventure and fitness run by Certified Fitness Trainers at several locations around Houston (Boot Camp Katy, Boot Camp Cypress, Boot Camp Friendswood, plus more). Most of these outdoor fitness classes are for women only, many of whom have made lasting friendships. But we also offer co-ed classes in some areas.

At Houston Adventure Boot Camp for women (and Boot Camp Katy, Boot Camp Cypress, etc) you can expect to do any of the following and everyday is different:
- Strength Exercises
- Jogging/Walking
- Plyometrics
- Sport Drills
- Calesthenics
- Yoga/Pilates
- Core Training
- And the list goes on...
But don't worry, Houston Boot Camp is for ALL levels of fitness from the triathlete to those who have never worked out.

Houston Adventure Boot Camp is Houston's premier outdoor fitness program for women and will keep you motivated in the early morning while most of the city is sound asleep. Our motto is: “We do more before 6 AM than most women do

Houston's Outdoor Fitness Program can produce the following results:

Boot campers love to tell their stories to co-workers, family and friends. You will feel energized throughout the day and your confidence will skyrocket.
Fitness for women is important. The exercises performed in these classes will help strengthen the muscles and bones in your body to keep you healthy and give you longevity. But please make sure to talk to your doctor before participating if you have any health concerns.
If you think of drill instructors yelling at you when you hear the words "boot camp", think again. Every fitness trainer is encouraging and motivating without yelling or demeaning the participants. Houston Boot Camp is run by Houston Fitness Trainer, Karen Mones. All Boot Camp Trainers are trained by Karen and certified by the National Endurance Sports Trainers Association. All the Houston Fitness Trainers also hold an outside personal training certification as well as CPR/First Aid. All Houston Fitness Trainers will treat you with respect and encourage you to reach your fullest potential.
Houston fitness for women programs provided by ACCESS Sports Performance include Boot Camp classes as well as Sports Specific Conditioning for women and girls.
